Moon Theatre Company is proud to present Shelia Cowley’s WWII masterpiece “FLYING”. Step back in time to the 1940’s just after the war has ended. The women who have served in the war and taken over for the men have no thoughts of stepping back from work that they love to give it back over to the men when they get home from the war. Shattered by the changes and difficulties that the war has wrought the characters try to find their way back to a normal world but not without the suffering, insecurity and passion that goes along with adjusting to a new world.
“FLYING” opens at the historic Rialto Theater in downtown Loveland on July 30th and runs July 31st, August 1st, 6th and 7th. Evening performances begin at 7:00 PM and Sunday Matinee begins at 2PM. Bonded by their shared experiences and secrets the women let us in to discover their most deeply protected feeling and fears.
